According to the FHP’s investigation, the driver of a Toyota Tundra was going south on Citrus Avenue and lost control of the vehicle, crossing over the center line.  The vehicle collided with a 2011 Buick Regal nearly head-on.

All occupants in the two vehicles were killed in the crash.  The three victims were the 65-year-old male driver of the Tundra and his 44-year-old female passenger, both from Homosassa, and the driver of the Regal, a 17-year-old male from Citrus Springs.
