News: Pasco Co. man killed in collision with dairy truck on US-19

PALM HARBOR, FL – A 23-year-old man lost his life after a crash on US-19 northbound in Palm Harbor Tuesday morning.

According to FOX13, the crash happened around 5:20 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway near Curlew Road.

The 23-year-old man from Holiday was traveling in a Nissan sedan behind the tractor-trailer. For “unknown reasons” the man crashed into the rear of the truck.

He was rushed to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.

It’s not clear whether anyone else was injured at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
