OCALA, FL – Rush-hour traffic was snarled on Interstate 75 in Ocala Tuesday morning following multiple truck accidents, according to WKMG.

Two of the crashes, involving a pickup truck and a semi-truck, occurred on I-75 north shortly after 6 a.m.  No one was injured in either incident.

A few hours later, a third collision involved a pickup truck and a semi near the overpass for Highway 27 on I-75 south.  The pickup driver was thrown from the overturned vehicle and was hospitalized.  No details were released on the person’s condition.  The semi jackknifed as a result of the crash.

The accidents caused traffic delays on I-75 in both directions, and drivers were advised to seek alternate routes.
