PASCO CO., FL – A woman from Tampa was killed when she was hit by a vehicle in Pasco County last night.
According to a report by the Tampa Free Press, the 44-year-old woman was hit by a pickup truck while crossing SR-54 east of Copperspring Boulevard shortly before 10:30 p.m.
The woman was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead a short time later.
The truck’s driver, an Odessa man, was unhurt. It is unclear at this time if he will face any charges in connection to the crash.
