MIAMI, FL – First responders reported at least one person injured as the result of a collision in Miami Gardens this afternoon.
According to a report by Miami-Dade County, the collision took place just before 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of Northwest 183rd Street and Northwest 7th Avenue.
Very few details concerning the crash are available at this time. However, this situation is still ongoing.
MIAMI-DADE CO., FL – A woman suffered fatal injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Florida’s Turnpike early Friday.
According to the Miami Herald, the crash happened at about 2:15 a.m. near Exit 2 to Campbell Drive.
Trooper say the woman was heading south on the turnpike when she lost control of her 2013 Buick for unknown reasons and crashed into a concrete barrier. The vehicle then veered to the right and struck a guardrail.
MARION COUNTY, FL – A man died after his pickup truck was involved in a fiery crash in Marion County on Wednesday morning, state troopers said.
According to Ocala-News.com, the accident took place on SE 134th Place at about 9:30 a.m. The Florida Highway Patrol said a 41-year-old man was driving south when his Dodge Ram pickup went off the roadway. The vehicle went through a fence and crashed into a tree before catching fire.
The driver, an Ocala resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
MIAMI, FL – Emergency crews were called to the scene after a pedestrian was hit by a Brightline train in North Miami on Wednesday evening.
According to North Miami Beach PD, the victim was hit while walking in the area of Northeast 163rd Street and Northeast 23rd Avenue at about 5 p.m.
A pedestrian was struck by the Brightline train on NE 163 ST / NE 23 AVE. Heavy police presence, expect traffic delays and avoid the area.
MIAMI, FL – A man was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after a crash left him trapped inside his vehicle.
According to NBC Miami, first responders were called to the intersection of Northwest 22nd Avenue and 20th Street at about 10:30 p.m.
Firefighters pulled the unidentified victim from his vehicle and he was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.

TAMPA, FL – Two elderly Hernando County residents were killed when their vehicle was involved in an accident Sunday morning in Brooksville, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
According to the Hernando Sun, the two were in a pickup truck heading west on Hayman Road near Batten Road when the incident happened at about 10 a.m.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the pickup went off the roadway for an unknown reason, and then crashed into a culvert, a fence and a tree. The vehicle continued across the travel lanes of the road and ended up on the south shoulder.
DAVIE, FL – Major traffic delays were reported following a crash in Davey early Tuesday.

OAKLAND PARK, FL – Six people were hospitalized Saturday night following a collision in Oakland Park, NBC Miami reports.
The collision took place at about 9:30 p.m. on Oakland Park Boulevard, between 13th Avenue and 14th Avenue.
Firefighters say two vehicles were involved in the crash. However, the circumstances leading up to the incident are not mentioned in the report.
